We were looking for an all natural cleaner to use to clean glass and mirrors. We want it to not leave streaks behind and actually has great cleaning strength.
Our friend, Jackie shared with us her All Natural Glass Mirror Cleaner recipe that she found that worked the best. We love using this to clean glass and mirrors, without using harsh chemicals.
Here’s Jackie’s Glass Mirror Cleaner Recipe:
Ingredients:
Large spray bottle
1 capful of Thieves Household Cleaner
1 teaspoon of White Vinegar
5 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
Water
Directions:
1. Pour Thieves Household Cleaner into the spray bottle
2. Add 1 teaspoon of White Vinegar
3. Add 2 cups of Water
4. Add 5 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
5. Apply spray bottle top and shake well before use

This Leg Support Roll-On recipe is an amazing oil blend created by our friend Dina Giugliano. We use it to help support joint health, circulation, and muscle support. We apply it to the area of the leg that needs extra support through out the day. It has a wonderful scent of essential oils.
Here’s our friend Dina’s Leg Support Roll-On Recipe:
Ingredients:
10 mL glass roll-on bottle
5 drops Cypress Essential Oil
5 drops of Oregano Essential Oil
5 drops of Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil
Ortho Sport or Ortho Ease Massage Oil
Directions:
1. Add Cypress, Oregano, and Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oils into the roll-on bottle
2. Fill the rest of the bottle with the Ortho Sport or Ortho Ease Massage Oil
3. Apply the roll-on top and use the cap to snap it into place
4. Shake well before use

This is our friend, Andrea Parrino’s, All Natural Linen Spray. We love to use this as a chemical free air freshener. We also cleanse our children’s beds and toys with this spray.
Here’s Andrea’s Linen Spray Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 oz glass spray bottle
5 drops of Purification Essential Oil
5 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
5 drops of Thieves Essential Oil
Water
Directions:
- Add 5 drops of Purification, Lemon, and Thieves Essential Oils into the spray bottle
- Fill the rest of the spray bottle with water
- Apply the spray bottle top
- Shake well before use

That’s when I decided to start using Lemon Essential Oil from Young Living when cooking.
This is my Avocado Lemon Dip recipe that I love making when friends and family come by. It is easy and fast to make and you only need a few ingredients.
Avocado Lemon Dip
Ingredients:
2 Avocados
8 drops of Young Living Lemon Essential Oil
1 tbsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of each: Salt, Pepper & Oregano
Directions:
1. Cut up avocados into small cubes and put into a bowl.
2. Add 8 drops of Young Living Lemon Essential Oil to the avocados.
3. Pour 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top of the avocados.
4. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, pepper, and oregano to one’s preference.
5. Mix it all together gently. Be careful not to mush the avocados.
6. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
