Confidence Booster Roll-On

 

There are many times when our children or ourselves need a boost of confidence, so this Confidence Booster Roll-On is the prefect answer.  We created this roll-on blend to give us a feeling of confidence and strength.  Grapefruit, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, and Valor are amazing essential oils that help relax the mind while promoting happiness and positive self esteem.  We roll it onto our wrists, neck, and behind our ears as needed.

 

Here’s our Confidence Booster Roll-On Recipe:

 

Ingredients:

10 mL glass roll-on bottle

V-6 Vegetable Oil

4 drops of Valor Essential Oil 

4 drops of Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil

4 drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil 

 

Directions:

    1. Add Valor, Ylang Ylang, Lavender, and Grapefruit essential oils to the empty roll-on bottle

    2. Fill the rest of the bottle with V-6 Vegetable Oil

    3. Apply the roll-on top and add a label to the bottle

    4. Shake well before use, Apply to the wrists, neck, or behind your ears

Have you ever had difficulty putting your children to bed because they were afraid there were monsters in their room?  My son likes to spray his room with his Bye Bye Monster Spray to make sure there are no monsters in his room.  It helps from feel comfortable with going to bed by himself.  

 

 

Here’s our Bye Bye Monster Spray Recipe:

 

Ingredients:

5 drops of Peace & Calming Essential Oil
5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
Water
2 oz Glass Spray Bottle

 
Directions:

1.  Put Peace & Calming and Lavender Essential Oils in the spray  bottle
2.  Fill with water
3.  Put on the cover
4.  Shake before use
5.  Spray in your children’s rooms

When your feeling like your nails are weak and keep breaking, here’s our friend Cheree Waddel’s Nail Strengthener recipe.  The combination of the essential oils are amazing.  Apply this roll-on to all of your nails twice a day.

 

Here’s our Nail Strengthener Recipe:

 

Ingredients:

5 mL glass roll-on bottle 

Argan Oil 

5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil

5 drops of Myrrh Essential Oil 

5 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil 

 

Directions:

  1.  Add Lavender, Myrrh, & Frankincense Essential Oils to the roll-on bottle
  2.  Fill with Argan Oil
  3.  Put on roll-on top and cover
  4.  Add label to the bottle 
  5.  Apply to nails in the morning and at night

I created this Classroom Freshener Spray to use in my classroom to cleanse the air, especially since we had a bathroom attached to the room.  It works great as an all natural air freshener and helps to support the immune system.  This is a great addition to any classroom and safe to use around children.    

 

Here’s our Classroom Freshener Spray Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 oz glass spray bottle

6 drops of Purification Essential Oil

6 drops of Thieves Essential Oil

4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil

4 drops of Lime Essential Oil

Water

 

Directions:

    1. Add Purification, Lemon, Thieves, and Lavender Essential Oils into the spray bottle

    2. Fill the rest of the spray bottle with water

    3. Apply the spray bottle top 

    4. Shake well before use
