Here’s our Citrus Sugar Scrub Recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Sugar in the Raw
1/4 cup of Coconut Oil
5 drops of Citrus Fresh Essential Oil
Glass container
Directions:
1. Put the Sugar in the Raw into a glass bowl
2. Add the Coconut Oil into the bowl
3. Add Citrus Fresh Essential Oil
4. Mix the ingredients together
5. Scoop the mixture into a container and put on the cover
6. Now you are ready to use this amazing sugar scrub to exfoliate your hands or body

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp of Castile Soap
6 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
6 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
Water
Foaming Bottle
Directions:
1. Add Lavender and Lemon Essential Oils into the foaming bottle
2. Add Castile Soap into the bottle
3. Fill the rest of the bottle with Water
4. Insert foaming top
5. Now it is are ready to use

This Chill Out Roll-On recipe was created by our friend Linda Schurter to help people that need something to help them chill out. This recipe may help the body to relax and feel calm. We apply the Chill Out Roll-On to our wrists, neck, or chest when we need it. Many of us can use some relaxation in our lives and this is an easy great recipe to create that.
Here’s the Chill Out Roll-On Recipe:
Ingredients:
10 mL glass roll-on bottle
10 drops Lavender Essential Oil
10 drops of Stress Away Essential Oil
V-6 Vegetable Oil
Directions:
1. Add Lavender and Stress Away Essential Oils into the roll-on bottle
2. Fill the rest of the bottle with the V-6 Vegetable Oil or any other carrier oil
3. Apply the roll-on top and use the cap to snap it into place
4. Shake well before use
