Our friend Christina created this Coconut Lime Body Scrub recipe to help exfoliate your skin while in the shower. This is an easy DIY recipe which contains Young Living’s Lime Essential Oil and other all natural products.
Here’s our friend’s Coconut Lime Body Scrub Recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Sugar in the Raw
1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
5 drops of Lime Essential Oil
Glass container
Directions:
1. Put the Sugar in the Raw into a glass bowl
2. Add the Coconut Oil into the bowl
3. Add Lime Essential Oil
4. Mix the ingredients together
5. Scoop the mixture into a container and put on the cover
6. Now you are ready to use this amazing body scrub to exfoliate your body

Here’s our friend Dina’s Leg Support Roll-On Recipe:
Ingredients:
10 mL glass roll-on bottle
5 drops Cypress Essential Oil
5 drops of Oregano Essential Oil
5 drops of Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil
Ortho Sport or Ortho Ease Massage Oil
Directions:
1. Add Cypress, Oregano, and Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oils into the roll-on bottle
2. Fill the rest of the bottle with the Ortho Sport or Ortho Ease Massage Oil
3. Apply the roll-on top and use the cap to snap it into place
4. Shake well before use
