Bye Bye Monster Spray

 

 

Have you ever had difficulty putting your children to bed because they were afraid there were monsters in their room?  My son likes to spray his room with his Bye Bye Monster Spray to make sure there are no monsters in his room.  It helps from feel comfortable with going to bed by himself.  

 

 

Here’s our Bye Bye Monster Spray Recipe:

 

Ingredients:

5 drops of Peace & Calming Essential Oil
5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
Water
2 oz Glass Spray Bottle

 
Directions:

1.  Put Peace & Calming and Lavender Essential Oils in the spray  bottle
2.  Fill with water
3.  Put on the cover
4.  Shake before use
5.  Spray in your children’s rooms

    I like this recipe idea.
    Is it possible that the oils may permanently mix with the water if 1 T of Witch Hazel would be added, prior to adding the water?

      Yes, you may add witch hazel to the recipe. 🙂
